Doug Bennett, 53 years old, dad of 2 boys is a former Wrestler, Clemson University and Graduate In Nutritional and Biological Sciences. He has been a Top American Trainer and Pro-Boxing Coach for over 32 years.
Doug has been training and coaching pro-athletes, pro-fighters, Olympic wrestlers, iron-men, model agencies and thousands of men, women and top athletic teens to reach their full potential.
He himself has trained with some of the best World Class Trainers throughout his training career himself and elite athletes to create his own High Level Training Methods called The Bennett Method.
He has an high level education in Physique transformation, Injury Rehab, Cardiac Rehab, Martial Arts, Accupressure, Obesity and Weight loss, Senior Fitness, Athletic Training including Performance, Strength and Speed Training.

45+ Training classes every week. Strength Sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Conditioning Session on Tuesday and Thursday. Saturday we combine both in a Strength + Sweat class!
