Fitness Boxing is our cardio kingmaker. You'll learn real boxing technique — jab, cross, hook, uppercut, slips, footwork — and use it to torch calories, build lean muscle, and develop the kind of athletic confidence most workouts can't deliver. Heavy bags, focus mitts with a coach, and timed rounds that make 30 minutes feel like 10.
There's no sparring and nothing scary — this is fitness boxing, not fight training. But the workout is real: every round burns serious calories, and the technique drills sharpen your coordination in a way that traditional cardio never will. It's the most fun you'll have getting in shape.
